In 1988, IMPLEX began business by developing applications for specific industrial requirements, its founder being an expert in the Metrology function in laboratories. This metrology function carries administrative and technical responsibility for defining and implementing the measurement management system.

In 1996, business had developed sufficiently since 1998 to allow formation of the private limited company SARL IMPLEX. In 2006, the company status was changed to that of SAS (simplified shareholding company).

IMPLEX makes specialist software for use in measurement and traceability management in all types of industry, with special focus on laboratories. We have become a well-known name in the large industrial groups and in test and calibration laboratories.

IMPLEX provides a range of software and related services for implementing total measurement quality management solutions, from managing a company′s instruments to calibrating its measuring chains. The software can be provided in EULA mode, installed in your own information system, or in ASP mode, with your data hosted on our servers.
